Welcome to TARVR ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, services, website, and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), which facilitates project management and communication between homeowners/construction companies and construction professionals, including contractors, architects, and suppliers.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Platform Purpose

TARVR provides tools for:

• Project planning and tracking
• Communication and documentation between homeowners/construction companies and construction professionals
• Budgeting, scheduling, and milestone management
• Contractor hiring and review mechanisms
• Material market place

We do not provide construction services directly and are not responsible for the performance of either party.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
• Refrain from uploading or distributing malicious content, spam, or offensive material

Homeowners/construction companies are responsible for verifying contractor qualifications and managing project expectations. Contractors are responsible for the delivery and quality of their services.

4. User Content

You may upload project details, documents, messages, and reviews ("User Content"). By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing services.
You retain ownership of your content, but you are solely responsible for it.

5. Fees and Payments

• Payments between homeowners/construction companies and contractors are processed via third-party services, and we are not liable for disputes arising from these transactions.
• We may charge platform usage or listing fees, which will be clearly disclosed on pages of TARVR where applicable.

6. Dispute Resolution

We are not a party to contracts between users. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties. We may offer dispute resolution tools at our discretion, but we are not liable for the outcome.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Platform, other users, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The TARVR is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays, losses, or disputes arising from third-party service providers or user agreements
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TARVR, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
